Mindful Flow is a unique blend of yoga, movement, and meditation creating an opportunity to practice deeper awareness of body, mind, and heart. Breath-focused yoga and movement build strength and resilience in the body increase mental focus and ease and unwinds the nervous system leading to improved overall wellbeing.

Mindful Heart Programs Mini Retreat on February 21, 2026

Saturday, February 21, 9-4 p.m., with Emily Benaron and Arno Jaffe

Santa Barbara Middle School, Lotus Theater, 1321 Alameda Padre Serra, or via our Special Events/ Retreats Zoom link. Follow the signs to access the theater. Please bring your own yoga mat. Cushions and blankets will be provided, or you can bring your own. A refreshment break will be served. The suggested donation for this event is $30. About the Retreat

Enhance your mind-body connection. Emily Benaron, MA, AMFT, will lead participants in yoga practices that focus on the body, heart, and mind to support well-being, vitality, and resilience. She will be joined by MHP Board President Arno Jaffe, who will lead mindfulness meditation practices for a truly holistic experience.

Resource and Expand Workshop on March 14, 2026

Saturday, March 14, 2-4 pm. Emily and Anahita Holden will support you to settle your nervous system with trauma-informed somatic mindfulness, yoga, and self-compassion practices. This nourishing afternoon will include self-myofascial release using therapy balls, therapeutic yoga, and somatic experiencing, accompanied by gentle and healing sound for deep rest.
