Emily Benaron, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500

I am here to help you explore and clarify your current aspirations for your personal wellness.

In the process, I will act as your coach and ally as you reconnect with your strengths and inner resources, illuminate your intentions, set positive realistic goals, and build a dynamic roadmap for the path ahead.

I will support you to embody a healthy lifestyle that is tailored to your needs. We will establish routines to move and strengthen your body, to get good sleep, to eat mindfully, and increase your energy. You will learn to honor and employ practices that help reduce stress and anxiety while tending to your heart and spirit. We will discover and let go of behaviors and habits that no longer serve you while adding in new ones that will expand your resilience.

I will teach you how to have a focused, calm and clear mindset, using mindfulness and breath work, that will support your physical and mental health. Positive change will increase your motivation and accountability to yourself. As you empower your emotional intelligence, boundaries, and awareness, your strong healthy relationships will align with your growth, well-being, and the well-being of others.

Self-care practices will support you to thrive in your workplace, preventing burnout and integrating balance. Self-compassion will deepen your connection to the world around you fostering your experience of common humanity and interdependence with your loved ones and community. Together, we will establish and activate sustainable practices that will benefit your wellness for your lifetime.

It is my deepest intention to guide students to deepen awareness and develop an empowering understanding of the inner workings of their bodies and minds creating a vital connection to inner resources and resilience.

Wellness is for Everybody: I am committed to the diversity and inclusion of people of all races, gender identities, age, abilities, ethnicities, and bodies. I believe in the empowerment of all individuals to be well and have access to tools for a life of wellness.

“Emily is such a professional.  She comes to every training session with a plan, but her experience and knowledge of anatomy, (AND the human psyche!) allow her to be flexible enough to adapt the day’s workout to anything that I may present.  She is a great listener.  She is willing to research and study up on my particular weaknesses and training needs. Emily has a very open mind and a great sense of humor!!  Our hour together flies by because she makes things so interesting. I really like that she combines her yoga knowledge with her grasp of anatomy, injury prevention, and core strengthening.”
